Google announced on their Official Google Mobile Blog that Adwords advertisers can now target their ads to searchers using iPhones, G1 or other mobile devices.

Now, advertisers will be able to display ads exclusively on these mobile devices, create campaigns for them, and get separate performance reporting. If you prefer not to show your desktop ads on these phones, you can opt out and show ads only on desktop and laptop computers

Think of how you can change the message for mobile shoppers on the hunt for a new home. If they are out and about and type in “New Homes (your town)” on their iPhone – now you can specifically change that message to target them on the go. You might even change the call to action to call your sales number for immediate assistance – since they will be able to click to call right from the ad.
