for Best Quick Move-In Page.Jenna Sundstrom
, the Marketing Coordinator for Creative Homes, is consistently updating and adjusting the quick move-in page
. They’re always looking for ways to improve the user experience and meet the needs of the market.
They often adjust verbiage and try different banners depending on their current inventory and the needs of the company. When we spoke to Jenna, their latest change was the addition of a “Personalize Now” banner that draws the attention of website users to quick move-in homes that can still be personalized.
Usability is the key to Creative’s website. The design of the quick move-in page gives website users options on how they’d like to view the page. If location is important, they can keep the map view, and when they hover over a home, it’s highlighted on the map. If they would prefer to see more homes per page, they can select to hide the map and see more homes. Creative Homes has also given users the option to download a list of available homes if they’d prefer to print them.
Filtering is also an important feature on the page. They have the usual filters for location, bedroom count, bathroom count, and square footage. They’ve taken it a step further with filters for HOA maintained, whether it can be personalized, and stage of construction. They’ve even tested hiding pricing. As the market changes, they’re open to trying new things and testing the results.
The filtering has led to more leads because customers can easily find what they’re looking for. They’ve also had great feedback from their online sales consultant about people asking specifically about the homes that can be personalized after they added the new banner.
Jenna and the team at Creative Homes have kept the customers' needs and how they use the site at the forefront of how they’ve designed their website. Plus, they’re not afraid to make changes and to try new things to give people a great experience.
