The “How Likeable Are You” series is in full swing, and in this video I will talk about being likeable over the phone. You may be aware of some of the common techniques for successful phone interactions like smiling while you talk and having good posture. I will be focusing on some additional tips to increase your likeability over the phone that you may not have thought of. By the end of the call, your customer should be saying “Wow, that person really listened…really cared…I really like them”.
