Valerie Heritage brings 20 years of building industry experience to her role as Marketing Strategist. From regional to national builders, she has led marketing for a variety of companies, supporting new community launches, merchandising, asset creation, digital marketing strategies and events.
She has led several award-winning industry campaigns with builders in Oklahoma and North Carolina, and her passion is using data to craft marketing strategies that connect with customers and help them on their home buying journey. She is excited to work with our DYC portfolio to support them in this effort as well as optimizing ads for conversion, reach and efficiency to ensure our partners show up in a relevant, meaningful way - every time.
Holding an MBA from Cleveland State University, Valerie is an avid sports fan of all Cleveland sports teams. But you’ll hear her cheering loudest for her favorite athletes, son Reid and daughter Sydney. She and her husband Randy enjoy traveling, cooking and true crime.
