Case Study: Luxkey Homes

Case Study: Luxkey Homes

When Luxkey Homes came to us, the name already made a promise: luxury, ease, a key to the life you actually want. However, their existing logo leaned techy and digital, sterile in a way that felt more software startup than homebuilder, and it did not connect to the warm, grounded persona the name implied. With a new website in development, they needed a cohesive look and feel that matched who they really are before a single page went live. So we started where we always do, by listening. A discovery call on audience, product, and growth plans became a brand persona and tone of voice, which shaped a new logo, color, and typography, which then carried into their new site so every detail spoke the same language.

Each stage built on the one before it. Persona informed the mark. The mark informed the system. The system informed the site.
