Earlier in her career, she spent several years as a National Sales Director, training sales teams on CRM best practices, optimizing sales processes, and aligning inbound and outbound strategies to drive growth. As a HubSpot expert, Diana brings deep hands-on experience across CRM configuration, marketing automation, lifecycle stages, reporting, and data hygiene.
