With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Christie has built a career on diverse expertise and dedication to excellence. After earning a degree in Business Administration, Christie began her journey at a small hometown bank, gaining hands-on experience in roles ranging from teller and back-office processing to marketing and consumer lending. Following a move to Tulsa, her banking career expanded to include leadership roles such as treasury services manager, small business lender, residential construction lender, and ultimately Vice President of mortgage lending.

After stepping away from banking to focus on raising her young daughters, Christie channeled her skills into volunteer work, dedicating over a decade to event planning and fundraising with the National MS Society’s Oklahoma office.

Now, at Do You Convert, Christie oversees Human Resources, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. In her spare time, Christie enjoys reading about health and wellness and cherishing family beach vacations with her husband, Ryan, and two daughters.
