Inspired by luxury retail, the Golden Key campaign leveraged exclusivity and urgency to re-engage dormant, middle-funnel leads through a lifestyle-driven narrative of “unlocking access.” Rather than chasing new traffic, the campaign activated existing CRM leads through a seamless, high-end brand experience spanning teaser emails, custom landing pages, digital ads, and on-site signage. In close partnership with Torri Knight, Senior Creative & Digital Communications Manager at Pahlisch Homes, and our digital team, prospect feedback was used to refine incentives and deploy lifecycle and remarketing strategies that successfully reawakened long-term leads; proving that older prospects remained highly viable with the right messaging. The results were striking: a 9.6% landing-page conversion rate compared to a 0.33% site average, a 10% lead-to-sale conversion rate, and a 36% month-over-month sales increase, with more than 80% of sales directly attributed to the promotion, achieved without increasing ad spend.
