Set along the banks of the Neuse River, the vision is a new kind of neighborhood - one inspired by the timeless elegance of classic Southern cities and the spirit of adventure carried by the river itself. Long a source of sustenance, tranquility, and recreation for central North Carolina, the Neuse informs every element of the community’s identity. Every detail reflects that legacy—from river-inspired color palettes to an intentional blend of indoor and outdoor living, creating a community designed around connection.
