If you are worried about Pulte stealing your customer's attention, you might call up BHI and have them do a cool banner for you. That would make things "fair"

I checked out the AdMission banner ads on the Orlando section of NewHomeSource.com. They are way cool. It's no wonder the click rates are better. It's an interactive banner with several images and homes.

That's great for Pulte who I'm sure is spending a decent chunck of change for that. But what about the other builders listing their communities with NewHomeSource.com. I don't really care for the fact that my communities are also on page 1 and 3 out of 19 pages and Pulte is sniping the consumer eye away from the ad I have placed. Is it really fair to me, who is paying to be on the site, be be out done by this fantastic banner that completely steals the consumer's attention away from my ad?

It's good for NewHomeSource.com, and it's good for the sponsor of the beautiful new banner, but it's bad for the rest of us.
