So true!
Today's buyers are much more educated than they have ever been in the past and that only means that we must step up our game to a new level. Thanks for helping to give us the tools that we need to make that happen.

I implemented your program on 12/1/08 for our Active Adult community, but have not been able to convert my eleads to schedule appointments. I have a 3-4% conversion from leads to appointments... way below your targeted 20-25%. Yes this buyer is on the internet and yes they are requesting information but they are not visiting.... Here is what I have concluded as possible problems A) they are in different states B) I am giving them too much info C) they are not retiring for over a year... any suggestions?

Mike,<br

I remember seeing this in the power of YouTube. I found a retirement community who had posted several videos on YouTube.com. This was well over a year ago... I calculated that each of their videos had been viewed at least once daily since their posted date. Even if you take into account, 25% of their children researching for their parents, the numbers are still shocking.

I agree.
