Given the unsure state of many consumers today, obtaining and nurturing a connection through social media is even more important and it&#039;s more effective.  How do you stay in touch with unsure consumers for months at a time?  Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter are great ways.  Like your thoughts above, follow up isn&#039;t just about a follow up phone call or email any more.
