I'm finding that more and more of these people are buying without seeing the property, docs are sent by email, overnighted back, and boom you are done and NEVER even met.
I'd like to see how other relo agents handle this.

Great advice for those who work local, but what about a relo market like Florida, where you get an email and will never meet the person face to face until and unless they personally come to look at properties that have been narrowed down? right now 80% of my business is from other states, only 20% will I ever have the opportunity to meet.

I’m finding that more and more of these people are buying without seeing the property, docs are sent by email, overnighted back, and boom you are done and NEVER even met.

I’d like to see how other relo agents handle this.

By: Paula

<guid
